Custom Manufacturing

Warrnambool Sheet Metal specialise in the manufacturing of all custom flashings to service the building and construction industry. We can cut and fold all Colorbond colours, zinc, galvanised steel and stainless steel up to 8.2m in length. We offer prompt and efficient service. You can also walk in and order and have flashings made while you wait. Delivery is also available.

Plasma
Cutting

Up to 20mm Cutting

Warrnambool Sheet Metal also provides a swift cut plasma cutting service backed up by 2d Solid Edge software. All we require from you is a drawing with dimensions or if you are able to provide your own file in a .DXF format, that would eliminate design costs. The swift cut machine is equipped with DHC (digital height control) which optimises cutting performance. It also has nesting capabilities to minimise waste and cost. We can cut stainless steel, aluminium and mild steel up to 20mm.
